Every item is flat-packed in strong, export-grade cartons with protective wrapping, labelled and barcoded to your requirements. We optimise container loading to keep your freight cost per unit low, and we share loading photos before the container is sealed.
We share the booking reference and tracking as soon as goods are loaded. If any carton arrives damaged, send us photos and the packing-list reference within 30 days of arrival and we’ll resolve it — replacement parts, credit or remanufacture — quickly and without fuss.
