Accepted payment methods

Standard terms

• 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance against the Bill of Lading copy — before release of documents.
• Samples: paid in advance, and the sample fee is often credited against your bulk order.
• For long-term partners we can discuss more flexible terms over time.

Currency & invoicing

We invoice in USD by default, and can also invoice in EUR or CNY. Every PI and Commercial Invoice is issued by Ningbo GMT Leisure Products Co., Ltd. and matches your PO exactly, so your accounting and customs clearance stay clean.

Your money is safe with us

We are an established, audited manufacturer — not a trading agent. You can visit or audit our factory, verify our business licence, and speak directly with the team handling your order. Deposits are held against a signed PI, and every order moves through documented, standard trade channels.
